4. User Content & License
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant Etwintech Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content.
We may remove content at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws
- Harass users
- Impersonate others
- Upload illegal content
- Commit fraud
- Exploit platform systems
Violations may result in permanent termination.
6. Purchases & Subscriptions
Subscriptions may automatically renew.
Payments are processed via Apple, Google, or authorized providers.
Refunds are handled by the payment provider.
We may suspend accounts for payment disputes or chargebacks.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, without notice or liability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS”.
We make no guarantees regarding availability, matches, or results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Seychelles law:
Etwintech Ltd shall NOT be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMIT:
Maximum liability shall NEVER exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
If no payment was made, liability is ZERO.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Etwintech Ltd harmless from claims resulting from your use.
11. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Seychelles.
You waive court proceedings.
12. Class Action Waiver
You waive participation in class action lawsuits.
13. Governing Law (Seychelles)
These Terms are governed exclusively by Seychelles law.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
