Lovisland is a platform strictly reserved for adults.
The protection of minors is a core priority of our safety policy.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any content or behavior involving minors, including imagery, sexualized content, exploitation, harassment, or endangerment.

🚫 Strictly Forbidden Content

The following are explicitly prohibited on Lovisland:

  • Uploading, sharing, or displaying images of children or minors

  • Posting images where minors are visible in the background

  • Sharing sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors

  • Attempting to contact minors or impersonate a minor

  • Any form of grooming, harassment, or child endangerment

Any account that uploads or distributes such content will be:

  1. Immediately suspended or terminated

  2. Content removed without notice

  3. Reported to relevant authorities where required by law

🔍 Automated Protection & Image Screening

To protect minors, Lovisland uses automated safety controls.

All images uploaded to our servers are processed and analyzed.
We use detection technologies — including the Google Vision API — to:

  • identify images that may contain minors

  • block image uploads where minors are detected

  • prevent the circulation of restricted imagery

Images flagged as involving minors are automatically rejected
and may be reviewed by our moderation team when necessary.

🛡️ Reporting & User Feedback Mechanism (In-App)

Lovisland provides an integrated in-app reporting system.

Users can report:

  • profiles

  • photos

  • messages

  • safety or child-protection concerns

Reports may be submitted for:

  • suspected minor content

  • child exploitation or endangerment

  • harassment or suspicious behavior

  • general safety concerns

Reports are reviewed promptly and actions may include:

  • content removal

  • temporary suspension

  • permanent account ban

  • escalation to relevant authorities where required

⚖️ Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If Lovisland becomes aware of confirmed cases of:

  • content involving sexual abuse of minors

  • exploitation of minors

  • child endangerment

we will take immediate action, including:

✔ removing the content
✔ banning the account involved
✔ preserving evidence when required
✔ reporting the material to the competent authorities

Where applicable, Lovisland may submit reports to:

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
or other relevant regional child-safety authorities.
