3.1 Absolutely Forbidden Content

A. No Minors in Any Form

You may NOT upload, share, post, or distribute:

  • Photos, videos, drawings, or digital content involving any person under 18.

  • AI-generated or edited images resembling minors.

  • Childhood photos of yourself or others under 18.

Zero tolerance. Immediate ban. Possible legal reporting.

B. No Photos of Other People Without Consent

You are prohibited from:

  • Uploading images of anyone other than yourself.

  • Uploading group photos.

  • Uploading photos of friends, family, partners, strangers, or anyone from social media.

  • Uploading AI-generated images of real people.

  • Uploading images where someone else is visible in the background.

You may only upload sole, original photos of yourself.

C. No Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Content

The following content is strictly banned:

  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, exploitation.

  • Violence or threats.

  • Defamation, impersonation, or catfishing.

  • Commercial solicitation, spam, scams, phishing attempts.

  • Content violating local, national, or international laws.

D. No Copyright or Stolen Media

You may not upload:

  • Images or content you do not own.

  • Content copied or taken from the internet, social media, or other platforms.

  • AI images designed to imitate copyrighted or real identifiable people.

3.2 User Behavior Rules

You agree NOT to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or intent.

  • Stalk, harass, or abuse other users.

  • Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

  • Interfere with platform functionality.

  • Use automation, scraping, or bots.

  • Attempt to bypass bans or blocks.

3.3 Our Rights to Enforce

Lovisland reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content at our discretion.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts immediately with or without notice.

  • Report unlawful content or behavior to authorities.

4. License You Grant Us

By uploading User Content, you grant Lovisland a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Display your content on the platform.

  • Use your content solely for operating the service.

We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

5. No Monitoring of Messages

Lovisland does not store or monitor your private messages, conversation history, or calls.

However, we may act if:

  • Another user reports abusive behavior,

  • Or illegal use is suspected.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, especially for:

  • Violations of the User Content Rules

  • Illegal behavior

  • Underage use

  • Threats, harassment, or impersonation

Termination may occur without notice.

7. Disclaimers

  • Lovisland is not responsible for user actions or content.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

  • You use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovisland is not liable for:

  • Loss of data,

  • Damages caused by other users,

  • Unauthorized access,

  • Service interruptions,

  • Any indirect, special, or incidental damages.
