Welcome to Lovisland.com (“Lovisland,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Lovisland is strictly an 18+ adults-only platform. If you do not agree to these Terms or if you are under 18, you must not use Lovisland.com.

By maintaining an account on Lovisland, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update them from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use Lovisland.

Uploading, posting, sharing, distributing, or requesting any content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Legal Capacity

By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

  • share or sell your account,
  • impersonate another person,
  • provide false or misleading information.

All information you submit must be accurate and truthful.

3. User Content Rules (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or share on Lovisland (“User Content”). These rules apply without exception.

3.1 Absolutely Forbidden Content

A. No Minors — Zero Tolerance

You may NOT upload, share, post, request, or distribute:

  • photos, videos, drawings, or digital content involving any person under 18,
  • AI-generated images resembling minors,
  • childhood photos of yourself or others,
  • content that sexualizes or depicts minors in any form.

Violations will result in:

  • immediate account termination, and
  • reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required.

B. No Photos of Other People Without Consent

You may not upload:

  • images of anyone other than yourself,
  • group photos, or photos with others visible in the background,
  • photos of family, partners, friends, or strangers,
  • AI-generated images imitating real identifiable people.

Only original photos of yourself alone are permitted.

C. No Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Content

Strictly prohibited content includes:

  • exploitation, grooming, harassment, bullying,
  • hate speech, violence, or threats,
  • impersonation, catfishing, or fraud,
  • scams, solicitation, or spam,
  • content violating local, national, or international laws.

D. No Copyrighted or Stolen Media

You may not upload:

  • content you do not own,
  • images copied from social media or the internet,
  • AI content imitating real identifiable people.

3.2 User Behavior Rules

You agree NOT to:

  • misrepresent your identity, age, or intent,
  • stalk, harass, or abuse other users,
  • attempt to access data or systems without authorization,
  • interfere with platform functionality,
  • scrape data or use automation or bots,
  • attempt to bypass bans or suspensions.

3.3 Enforcement & Reporting to Authorities

Lovisland reserves the right to:

  • remove content at our discretion,
  • suspend or terminate accounts without notice,
  • block devices or future registrations,
  • report unlawful content or behavior to relevant authorities where required by law.

We prioritize user safety and lawful handling of incidents.

4. Child Safety, Exploitation & Abuse Reporting

Lovisland strictly prohibits:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
  • grooming or predatory behavior,
  • sexualization of minors,
  • attempts to contact minors,
  • coercion, extortion, or trafficking activity.

We maintain moderation, safety review, and incident-response procedures consistent with applicable platform standards and laws.

4.1 How Users Can Report Safety Concerns

Users may report:

  • suspected minor accounts,
  • harmful or abusive content,
  • grooming or predatory behavior,
  • child safety or exploitation risks

via:

  • the in-app reporting button, or
  • our dedicated child-safety contact channels:

Reports are reviewed with priority.

4.2 Our Safety Response Process

Upon receiving a report, Lovisland may:

  • review relevant content and account activity,
  • temporarily restrict or suspend accounts,
  • preserve records where legally permitted,
  • notify appropriate platform safety partners,
  • report confirmed cases to relevant authorities where required by law.

Confirmed violations result in permanent account removal.

Where legally required, Lovisland may:

Information is only disclosed where permitted or required by law.

4.7 In-App Reporting System (Reports Directly From the App)

Lovisland provides a built-in in-app reporting mechanism available on:

  • user profiles,
  • profile photos and media views,
  • interaction and match screens.

Users can submit reports directly from within the app for reasons including:

  • suspected minor or underage account,
  • child safety or exploitation concern,
  • harmful, offensive, or unsafe content,
  • harassment, threats, or abusive behavior,
  • impersonation or identity misrepresentation,
  • scams, spam, or fraudulent activity.

Reports are securely transmitted to our Trust & Safety moderation team.

4.8 Handling of Child Safety & CSAM-Related Reports

Reports involving:

  • CSAM,
  • grooming or predatory behavior,
  • minors appearing in content,
  • attempts to contact minors,

are treated as high-priority incidents.

Lovisland may:

  • immediately restrict or suspend the reported account,
  • review associated content and activity,
  • preserve relevant records where legally permitted,
  • escalate to appropriate authorities when required by law.

Confirmed cases result in permanent account and device blocking.

4.9 How Users May Submit Safety Reports

Reports may be submitted through:

  • the in-app Report User button, or
  • the child-safety contact channels:

In-app reporting is recommended for faster response.

4.10 Review & Enforcement Process

All reports are:

  • reviewed by the Trust & Safety team,
  • assessed in accordance with platform rules and applicable laws,
  • actioned proportionately to risk level.

Possible actions include:

  • content removal,
  • temporary account restriction,
  • permanent account termination,
  • device and registration blocking.

4.11 Confirmation of Compliance

Lovisland maintains:

  • publicly available safety standards,
  • explicit prohibition of child sexual abuse & exploitation,
  • a dedicated child-safety point of contact,
  • an in-app safety reporting mechanism,
  • a documented review & escalation process.

These measures support compliance with:

  • Google Play Child Safety Standards, and
  • applicable child-protection laws and regulations.

5. License You Grant Us

By uploading User Content (including your profile photos, videos, and any other media), you grant Lovisland a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • host, store, display, and reproduce your content within the platform,
  • technically process, resize, or adapt your images and media so they can be displayed correctly on different devices,
  • show your profile and images to other users of Lovisland in accordance with your in-app settings,
  • use your content for safety review, moderation, fraud detection, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your content or use it for external advertising campaigns. Your images and media are used only for operating and securing the Lovisland service, including displaying your profile to other users and maintaining backups or logs where required for safety or legal reasons.

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where retention is required for safety, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

6. Private Messages

Lovisland does not routinely monitor private messages.

However, we may act when:

  • content is reported by a user, or
  • safety or illegal activity is suspected.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • underage use,
  • violations of content rules,
  • safety concerns,
  • harassment, threats, or fraud.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

Lovisland is not responsible for user actions or content.

The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

Use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovisland is not liable for:

  • loss of data,
  • damages caused by other users,
  • unauthorized access,
  • service interruptions,
  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

In addition, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any indemnification, compensation, refund, or financial responsibility owed by Lovisland, Etwintech LLC, or any of their directors, employees, or agents is strictly limited to a maximum amount equal to the total sum that you have personally paid on the platform for Lovisland memberships, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

If you have not made any such payment on the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any financial compensation, indemnity, refund, or damages of any kind from Lovisland in connection with your use of the service.
