    • All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

    • All content, logos, and trademarks related to Lovisland belong to us.

    • You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
       

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also delete your account at any time.
 
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lovisland is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
    • Lovisland is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

    • Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service.
